Prudential, Fidelity, or Acme 401k, typing files or filing out spreadsheets for weekly uploads and annual census files is time consuming and error prone. We can automate the creation of the files needed or even automate the transmission itself depending on the environment.

Keeping track of addons, deductions, and employment files for your benefit providers is a pain for your HR department. Employees can be lost in the shuffle and as a result their benefits might not get established on time, or even continue to receive benefits even after termination. Most providers allow for a transfer a files between themselves and Spectrum to ensure accuracy between the two systems.

Spectrum’s payroll works for most clients, but many prefer to outsource their payroll but Trimble does not have an integrated payroll provider. It’s possible with some caveats to still sync data between systems so you can still get job costing, but not process payroll in Spectrum.

Spectrum provides very limited ability to get data out for reporting to tax jurisdictions. Custom extracts can get the data out of Spectrum so that they can be filed electronically with your various state and other jurisdictions’ portals.

Sometimes we need to hand data back and forth between our vendors and/or customers. Whether it is purchase order or invoice data, this can be automated.

At the end of the day, if data exists in Spectrum and you need that data to be somewhere else, we can make it happen.
