Spectrum’s built in projected cost screen lacks a lot of features important to project managers that helps them accurately project costs on their jobs. This custom Power App is independent of the screens in Spectrum, but imports into the projected cost history in Spectrum once the projection is complete. Get a better experience without the need of double entry.

    Spectrum’s projection entry screen treats all phases the same, when the data we review and the fields we enter are quite different. The app splits these out for easier review and quick single click for setting projected hours to the current burn rate.

    Outside spreadsheets lack the ability to drill into the history to review JTD cost transactions, past projection history, and budget details. Don’t give up valuable detail for detail just for the convenience of Excel.
